ABOUT FOUNDER
Elena Liapounova began her career on Wall Street and became one of the early AI-focused recruiters in 2014, advising institutions including J.P. Morgan, Barclays, and Nasdaq on global talent strategy.
Most recently, she helped recruit the pre-IPO leadership team at BioAge Labs and served as Head of Investor Relations during its $200M NASDAQ debut.
Having lived in New York, Hong Kong, and Miami, and traveled to more than 90 countries, she brings a global perspective to building leadership teams.
